In the beginning there was only soil. Some time later, for unknown reasons, worms emerged. They were hungry...

Do you manage to let your worms survive? Are you able to optimize them such that they behave efficient and are able to survive on low food supply?

This little game visualizes biological evolution by simulating a population of worms. Like real worms, the worms need food to survive, and they need to move to reach it. Their behaviour is controlled by genes, which are passed on to their offsprings with little variations - mutations. Selection is the driving force that makes fitter worms outlive less fit ones. As a player you can only control food supply - but this is enough to witness interesting effects on the population. Watch yourself.
