There are so many items in Dead Sails, and I have categorized each of them according to their type.
Apart from purchasing items from the starting shop or the various shops in your starting towns like General, Hospital, or Weapons, you can get dozens of items through scavenging. Yes, along your way, you will find multiple buildings like houses, churches, and warehouses. Explore these places, and you will find plenty of items. Also, don't throw away any item in any circumstances. For instance, if you have three bandages and find another bandage on the way, don't leave it; instead, throw it in your boat and sell it for money in the upcoming village. In extreme scenarios, you can also use your items as fuel, but it is far better to sell them off and buy other essential items.
