The largest event of gastroenterology, not only in Brazil, but from Latin America will take place in the city of São Paulo, from November 17 to 21, 2018, the XVII Brazilian Digestive Week (SBAD 2018) in conjunction with the Pan American Digestive Week (SPED 2018).
These two congresses will be promoted by the three national societies: the Brazilian Federation of Gastroenterology (FBG), the Brazilian Society of Digestive Endoscopy (Sobed) and the Brazilian College of Digestive Surgery (CBCD) and the two Pan American: the Pan American Gastroenterology Organization (OPGE) and the Inter-American Digestive Endoscopy Society (SIED). Participants will have access to both congresses simultaneously, SBAD and SPED, but with distinct certificates and unique cost.
We estimated to receive a total of 9,000 gastroenterologists in São Paulo, 6,500 Brazilians and 2,500 foreigners and we have more than 600 national and 90 international speakers that will brighten both events. Our proposal will be to organize a high medical-scientific SBAD and SPED. To this end, the two scientific programs will be fully integrated, with pre-congress courses, conferences, roundtables, symposiums and interactive sessions, as well as the presentation of oral free themes and posters, addressing all areas of gastroenterology.
