MyDoctor Viettel

Consulting & remote healthcare service (MyDoctor) is a co-production between Viettel Telecom and LG CNS belongs to LG Group - Korea.

MyDoctor helps warn patients (especially patients with chronic regular health monitoring) when exceeding safety index; archive history/electronic medical records; connect directly to doctors for medical advice via videocall system and other practical utilities. MyDoctor also helps patients control the disease effectively while saving time and cost.

MyDoctor has utilities as follows:

Electronic Medical Records:

- Helping patients monitor health indicators such as the glycemic index, blood pressure ... and alert patients when health indicators are over safety threshold.

- Helping doctors easily search historical results of patients’ health, helping the consulting and healthcare process more effectively.

Remote Medical Consultation:

- Patients can choose reputable and skilled doctors in Central Hospital where Viettel co-operates.

- Patients can easily connect directly with doctors through videocall system for remote medical consultation.

Manage the use of drugs:

- Reminders and alerts patients taking the right dose and time designated by doctors.
