This app was launched to follow the MINI Kitesurf Odyssey 2015, an adventure that can last more than 40 hours, and where Francisco Lufinha will try to outcome the World Record of the “longest journey Kitesurfing without stops”. To cover the approximately 1000 Km, Francisco Lufinha will face two nights at sea with challenging weather conditions, strong winds and big waves, typical of the Atlantic.
If he manages to finish this crossing, he will be the first person to connect the continent to Madeira Island Kitesurfing, therefore conquering another extreme goal around the Portuguese Sea.
