DICOM COMPATIBILITY

Droid Dicom Viewer implements a part of the DICOM standard. It reads DICOM images that are coded on 8 bits and 16 bits. It supports only grayscale not compressed DICOM files. It parses implicit and explicit (little endian and big endian) value representation (VR).

What's New in the Latest Version 1.4 Grymalkyn

To use the Droid Dicom Viewer, select a DICOM file (not compressed and grayscale) from your external drive (or sd card). This prototype does not implement AET, network communication, then it does not implement SCP/SCU.
